Major Marine Tours Cruises

Major Marine Tours offers world-class wildlife and glacier cruises in Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park. These cruises are a must-do activity in Seward and are consistently rated as visitors’ favorite experience in Alaska. See towering tidewater glaciers, stunning scenery, whales, and abundant wildlife on one of their seven cruise options, ranging from 3.5 hours to 8.5 hours. Cruises run early March through mid October. Most cruises feature Major Marine Tours’ famous Alaska salmon and prime rib buffet, freshly prepared onboard and served while cruising, as well as onboard National Park Ranger narration. For the convenience of Harbor 360 Hotel guests, a Major Marine Tours check-in office is located in the hotel lobby and boarding for most cruises is located at the dock directly behind the hotel. Major Marine Tours is excited to announce the launch of their newest adventure – the Orca Quest Cruise! For a limited time in early summer, this cruise will depart from Seward in search of our favorite black and white marine mammal – the orca whale. Rather than following a set route, this cruise will go to where the orcas have been most recently seen, making every day a unique cruising experience.

Witness the return of the California gray whales to Alaskan waters from Baja on their annual 5,000 mile migration. Join us for our first cruise of the season as we explore Resurrection Bay and the Gulf of Alaska in search of our returning visitors. In addition to gray whales, you may also see orca whales, humpback whales, and other marine wildlife.


Package Cancellation Policy
When booking packages, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your reservation. Package reservations are fully refundable until two weeks prior to your trip. Within two weeks the package is non-refundable and non-changeable.
