PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require a deposit equal to one nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first night of the stay, which will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at check out.
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date, or the deposit will be non-refundable. A credit card processing fee will be assessed for cancellations.
When booking packages, full payment is due at the time of booking. Package reservations are fully refundable 7 days prior to the first day of your package reservation. Within 7 days the packages is non-refundable and non-changeable.
