Harbor 360 Hotel welcomes pets under 65 pounds for an additional charge of $25 per day plus 7% tax, based on availability of pet friendly rooms. Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly guest rooms on the first floor only. No more than one pet is allowed per designated guest room. Pets are not to be left alone in guest rooms. Please download our Pet Policy Contract for complete pet policy information.
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date, or the deposit will be non-refundable.
When booking packages, full payment is due at the time of booking. Package reservations are fully refundable 7 days prior to the first day of your package reservation. Within 7 days the packages is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Yes, Harbor 360 Hotel provides complimentary breakfast featuring a variety of hot and cold items including pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, breads, cereals, yogurt, and fruit. Breakfast is served in the Eagle’s Cove breakfast area on the first floor from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
In the event that Harbor 360 Hotel is sold out on your desired reservation date, please call our reservations line and we can place you on our guest room wait list.
Our indoor pool and hot tub are located on the main floor and are open from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Yes, towels are available in the pool area for use at the pool and hot tub.
Our free breakfast is served daily in the Eagle’s Cove breakfast area the first floor from 6:00 am. – 10:00 a.m.
Yes, you can store your luggage at Harbor 360 Hotel if you arrive before check-in. Please bring your luggage to the front desk and our staff will tag and store your luggage for you.
No, Harbor 360 Hotel does not have a gym. However, we do provide free passes to 5th Avenue Fitness, a local gym in Seward. Please contact the front desk for more information. We do have an indoor pool and hot tub.
Yes, Harbor 360 Hotel is ADA accessible. Please request an ADA room at the time of reservation. The pool and hot tub are also ADA accessible.
Our Standard King Rooms have a capacity of 2, our Standard and Harbor View Double Queen Rooms have a capacity of 4, and our Deluxe King Harbor Balcony Rooms have a capacity of 3. Some room types can accommodate a roll-away bed, which will add capacity for 1 additional person. Please call for more details.

Harbor 360 Hotel offers free parking to our guests in the parking lots adjacent to the hotel. Guests will be issued one parking permit per room for their stay to use in the hotel lots. If you are unable to find parking in the Harbor 360 parking lot, paid parking is available at the public parking lot across from the hotel on 4th Avenue. Parking fees incurred can be reimbursed at the front desk. Parking fee reimbursement is capped at $10 per ticket per room. If you have to park in the public paid lot, it is recommended that you purchase a new ticket each day. Vehicles over 19 feet are not permitted in the Harbor 360 Hotel parking lots and will have to park across the street in the public lot and are not eligible for reimbursement.
All rooms and balconies at Harbor 360 Hotel are non-smoking. If evidence is brought to the hotel’s attention that a guest has been smoking in the room or on the balcony, a $250 cleaning fee will be added to the guest’s final bill.
Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms. The WiFi password can be found on your key card sleeve. The WiFi password changes every Friday. Please contact the front desk for the most recent WiFi password.

Harbor 360 Hotel has a complimentary shuttle available to transfer guests to/from the Alaska Railroad Depot and the Cruise Ship Terminal. Transfers from the terminal and depot to the hotel do not require prearrangement. There will be a representative on-site who will be able to direct you to the shuttle. Transfers from the hotel to the terminal or depot do require prearrangement with the hotel front desk on the day of departure. For groups of 10 or more, prearrangement is required a week in advance. There is on daily transfer from the hotel to the Cruise Terminal at 12:15pm and one daily transfer from the hotel to the Railroad Depot at 5pm.
Early check-ins are available but are subject to availability. If available, a $75 early check-in fee is applied to your final bill.
