Our harbor view rooms overlook the Seward Small Boat Harbor and feature stunning views of Resurrection Bay. Watch sea otters play in the harbor as fishing boats depart and return from a day on the water. Our standard rooms feature views of the mountains that rise from the edge of town, including Mount Marathon, famous for its annual 4th of July foot race.
Double queen and single king bed room options are available. Choose one of our new Deluxe King Harbor Balcony rooms for the best way to fully experience the beautiful views from Harbor 360 Hotel’s ideal waterfront location. All of our guest rooms include the amenities that you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Seward.

Harbor View Room
Our harbor view rooms feature stunning views of the Seward Small Boat Harbor and Resurrection Bay. Harbor view rooms come with two queen beds and include the same amenities as standard rooms.
Deluxe King Harbor Balcony Room
Our Deluxe King Harbor Balcony Rooms feature one king bed and stunning views of the Seward Small Boat Harbor and Resurrection Bay from the private balcony. These rooms include deluxe amenities including a twin sofa sleeper, large screen TV, microwave, and standard amenities including free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, work desk, phone, individually controlled air conditioning, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and hairdryer.
Pet Friendly Room
Harbor 360 Hotel welcomes well-mannered, small and medium sized pets up to 65 pounds in our designated pet friendly rooms. Our pet friendly rooms are located on the harborside and mountainside on the first floor and include two queen beds and the same amenities as standard rooms. Additional Information
- Prices are based on single/double occupancy. A $20 charge will be added for each additional guest over 11 years of age. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 for Standard and Harbor View Double Queen Rooms, 3 for King Harbor Balcony Rooms, and 2 for Standard King Rooms. Some room types can accommodate a roll-away bed, which will add capacity for one additional person. Please call for more details.
- In the event that Harbor 360 Hotel is sold out on your desired reservation date, please call our reservations line and we can place you on our guest room wait list.
- Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- ADA Accessible rooms are available for Standard and Harbor View Rooms on request.
- Celebrating a special occasion or planning a romantic getaway? We can provide champagne, chocolates, and flowers for your room. Please call us for additional details and cost.
- Cribs and roll-away beds can be provided at the time of check-in, based on availability. Not all room types can accommodate a roll-away bed. Please call for more details.
- Pet Policy: Harbor 360 Hotel welcomes pets under 65 pounds for an additional charge of $25 per day plus 7% tax. Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly guest rooms on the first floor only. No more than one pet is allowed per designated pet room. Pets must be attended at all times and are not to be left alone in guest rooms. - Annual Pool Closure: The pool will be closed for scheduled maintenance October 7th - October 20th. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require a deposit equal to one nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first night of the stay, which will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at check out. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date, or the deposit will be non-refundable.
